1. Use of the Service

NUNU Language provides a language learning tool designed to help users practice translating English into Japanese and receive feedback. You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to full features of the Service requires a paid subscription plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the time of purchase and at each renewal period unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.

Subscription plans and pricing may be updated from time to time.

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

4. Credit (Point) System

Upon purchasing a subscription, you will receive a set number of credits ("Points"), which can be used to access practice features on the platform.

Each use of the practice feature consumes a certain number of Points.

Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

Points have an expiration period of [e.g., 90 days] from the date they are issued. Unused Points will automatically expire after this period.

Expired Points cannot be reactivated or refunded.

Upon cancellation or expiration of a subscription, unused Points may still be used within their validity period unless otherwise stated.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, design, and AI-generated output, is owned by NUNU Language or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any translations or feedback generated by AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUNU Language shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
